酵母真空轉鼓過濾機

一、酵母真空轉鼓過濾機簡介
酵母真空轉鼓過濾機是我公司在不斷總結客戶單位使用的寶貴經驗基礎上持續完善，吸收國外的先進技術，結合我公司生產的淀粉真空轉鼓過濾機的合理結構，自主研制開發的酵母專用JM型真空轉鼓過濾機，本機連續運轉、自動操作、過濾速度快、濾液澄清度高、運轉可靠、維修方便，式一種理想的酵母液脫水設備，可替代國外同類進口設備。

二、工作原理
酵母真空轉鼓過濾機工作原理與一般真空轉鼓過濾機基本相同，主要區別在于轉鼓無格室，濾室不分腔，過濾前必須進行過濾介質（如馬鈴薯淀粉）的預涂，由預涂層和不銹鋼濾布共同完成過濾。在真空抽吸作用下，轉鼓外表面逐漸吸上所需要的預涂層厚度，然后注入被過濾的酵母液，在真空抽下作用下，開始過濾。液體被吸入轉鼓內通道被抽走，懸浮液中的酵母被吸附在預涂層表面，機械刮刀自動進給，不斷刮去酵母濾餅，距轉鼓表面5-6mm時，刮刀自動停止進給，然后退刀，重新預涂，進入下一個工作循環。
